Am currently a Principal Manufacturing Engineer performing the duties of a Certified Soldering Instructor for both IPC-A-610C (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies), J-STD-001C (Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies.), and IPC-7711 and IPC-7721 (Repair and Rework.) Have 11 years of calibration experience; 14 years of Tool Crib Supervisory experience. Have developed calibration procedures for verifying solder stations and solder pots. Have developed training on the troubleshooting and repair of solder stations and other Tool Crib items for Tool Crib personnel. Currently using custom embedded thermocouples (for EDSYN, Hexacon, several models of Weller, and Hakko) to verify the performance of the solder stations and solder pots we sell. Very knowledgeable about most of the items being offered here. Have extensive knowledge of distributors, reps, and many factory contacts to acquire parts and information on our items (and perhaps the items you have in your inventory.)
